Draft Negative Declaration

Cayuga County - The Cayuga Community College, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Multi-Use Athletic Field (Half-Size) Cayuga Community College will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a half-size, multi-use, athletic practice field at Cayuga Community College. The project is located at the rear of the Cayuga Community College at 197 Franklin Street Road, property near the corner of Franklin Street Road and Prospect Street.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Cortland County - The Town of Cortlandville Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Express Mart-Rerob, LLC. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on November 7, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cortlandville Fire Station, 999 Route 13, Cortland, NY 13045. The action involves the construction and operation of an approximately 6,670 sq. ft. Express Mart at the southwest corner of the intersection of State Route 13 and Lime Hollow Road. In addition to the 6,670 sq. ft. building the Express Mart will consist of separate parking areas and driveways for cars, recreational vehicles and tractor trailers and fueling areas. It will also house a convenience store. The project is located in the Town of Cortlandville.
