Region 4 - The Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that the Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites in New York State needs to be amended to delete site number 442003, known as the Former City of Rensselaer Landfill Site. This site is located in the City of Rensselaer, in the County of Rensselaer, and is located at Partition Street. The reason for deletion is:

Negative Declaration

Schenectady County - The Planning Board of the Town of Niskayuna, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cedar Hills will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a subdivision of 10.2 acres (7 acres in the Town of Niskayuna and 3.2 acres in the town of Colonie) into 22 single family building lots. The project is located on Becker Street in the Town of Niskayuna.
