wharehouse on a 7.43 acre parcel located at 90 Cohoes Avenue in the Village of Green
Island. 0.166 acre of New York State freshwater wetland adjacent area will be impacted
through the construction of stormwater ditches, a retention basin and an associated basin
outfall.

a tentative decision to approve a new permit to discharge up to
6,000 gallons per day of treated carwash effluent to a roadside ditch. The effluent will
come from a new carwash facility which is proposed to be built adjacent to an existing
Mobil convenience store and gas station which is located on the north side of State Route
7, approximately 0.8 miles east of the intersection of Routes 7 and 20 in Duanesburg.
