include: 0.48 acres if federal wetland fill, 850' of fill with 788' of riffle/pool complexes

Dudley Creek. A two-acre wetland will be created at an approved off-site location.

the superstructure and repair abutments on County Route
28 bridge, construct/install articulated concrete block revetment mats along a 610' stretch
of Occanum Creek to provide scour protection for three bridges (two over NYS Route 17
and one over County Route 28). Fill will consist of native stream bed material, concrete
block mats, crushed base material, and medium stone fill. Project is located between
County Route 28 and the east bound lane of NYS Route 17.
