The Department has made

permit, ID #NY0267881, for a proposed discharge of 15,570 gallons per day of treated
sanitary wastewater into groundwaters from a treatment plant at the applicant's facility on
Dillon Road, Village of Monticello. The applicant plans to replace two existing
leadfields at its summer bungalow colony, known as Royal Bungalow Colony.
