Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
construct a 50' x 32' single family dwelling with a 36' x 24'
attached garage, a 36' x 14' deck, a 14' x 14' screened porch, and a 14' x 44' swimming
pool with patio. A sanitary system is also proposed. In addition, the applicant proposes
to re-vegetate a significant portion of the property, which consists predominantly of lawn
area, with native species. The proposed project is located within 100 feet of a regulated
freshwater wetland at 219 Oak Street in Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton in
