Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a 50' x 32' single family dwelling with a 36' x 24' attached garage, a 36' x 14' deck, a 14' x 14' screened porch, and a 14' x 44' swimming pool with patio.  A sanitary system is also proposed.  In addition, the applicant proposes to re-vegetate a significant portion of the property, which consists predominantly of lawn area, with native species.  The proposed project is located within 100 feet of a regulated freshwater wetland at 219 Oak Street in Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton in Suffolk County, SCTM# 900-88-02-55.5.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is not subject to SEQR because it is a Type II action.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management: This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
