Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The City of Rochester, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed West Ridge Road Public Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition and demolition of eighteen residential and two business structures on the north side of West ridge Road between Lake Avenue and Maplewood Drive and one residential and four business structures on the south side of West Ridge Road between the proposed relocated Minder Street and Lake Avenue. The project is located between Hanford Landing Road to Veteran's Memorial Bridge, City of Rochester.

Ontario County - The Manchester Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Central Manchester Water District Extension No. 2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves formation of Central Manchester Water District Extension No. 2 and construction of public water improvements including approximately 47,000 linear feet of 8-inch watermain and appurtenances. The project is located along Faas, Martin, Miner, Johnson, Outlet, Bunker Hill, Larue, and Armington Roads and County Road 27 in the Town of Manchester.

Wayne County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wayne County - Mills Gravel Pit Expansion, Application ID 8-5426-00151/00001 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a minor expansion (3.96 acres) of an existing sand and gravel mine in an Agricultural District. The mine is operated by the Wayne County Highway Department for road building materials. Mining operations will remain unchanged from previously permitted operations. The project is located on the south side of Lummisville Road (County Road 155), approximately 0.8 miles west of the Village of Wolcott, in the Town of Huron.
