Dutchess County - The Town Board of the Town of Fishkill, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendments to Town Code Chapter 150, Zoning, and Agreements in the matter of the Merritt Park Reality Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a series of amendments regarding the Town Code Chapter 150, Zoning in regards to Merritt Park Reality Development.

Putnam County - The Planning Board of the Town of Southeast, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Terravest International Corporate Park. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on Monday, October 7, 2002 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town of Southeast Civic Center, 67 Main Street, Brewster, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until Friday, October 18, 2002, 4:00 p.m. The action involves 490,000 square feet of office/warehoue uses, 72 units of senior housing, and creation of a town park. The project is located in the northwest portion of the Town of Southeast along International Blvd. and Zimmer Road.

|Notice of Acceptance Of Final EIS And Public Hearing|
Westchester County - The Planning Board of the Town of Cortlandt, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Lakeland Acres. A public hearing on the Final EIS will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. in the Vincent F. Nyberg Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York. The action involves preliminary plat and site development plan approval and a special permit for a proposed cluster/open space subdivision for up to 85 townhouse/condominiums, 6 single family homes and an 18 hole gold course with a clubhouse and other proposed related site improvements or as an alternative a 145 unit major conventional subdivision on 252 acres. The project is located on the north side of Oregon Road, on the east side of Adams Rush Road and at the end of Beverly Road, Casperian Road, Michael John Amato Drive west, Anton Place, Ash Street, Popular Street, Pine Street, Spruce Street, Chestnut Street and Cedar Road.

Westchester County - The City of Yonkers City Council, as lead agency, has accepted a Fourth Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Target. The action involves the construction of a 150,000 gross square foot Target Store on the site of the previously proposed and analyzed multi-screen cinema in the 31-acre portion of the Westchester corporate Center. The project is located at Stew Leonard Drive, block 3244, Lots 2 and 3, Yonkers.
