Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
clear vegetation, grade and place fill in a portion of the
regulated 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland MV-11 in order to construct a
133 feet long by 20 feet wide driveway to serve a proposed single family residence to be
located partially within the adjacent area. Approximately 50 cubic yards of sand fill with a
6 inch thick layer of #4 stone will be used to construct the driveway. Additional sand fill
will be placed in the area between the driveway and the proposed location of the home in
order to provide sufficient grade to construct a crawl space beneath the home. The
property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Robinson Road and
Military Turnpike in the Town of Plattsburgh.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
recover stones from existing wall that has washed down onto
the beach and add additional rip-rap to stabilize badly eroded shoreline areas. The rip-rap
will be used to protect the shoreline and prevent tree loss. Approximately 50 tons of new
rip-rap which will be of natural/native stone. The project is on the applicant's 130 foot
permit area.
