Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
stabilize various sections of eroding streambank along
Humphries Brook totaling approximately 435 feet, adjacent to Lordville Road. Large
angular rock will be placed as a knee-wall at the bottom of the slope and large rip rap will
be placed on top of it up to the shoulder of the road. The project is located on Lordville
Road starting approximately 2.2 miles south of the SR 97/Lordville Road intersection and
ending approximately 2.4 miles south of the same.

Project Description:
The applicant is proposing
to construct an additional compressor at an existing
compressor station. The construction activity will result in the filling of approximately
0.08 acres of Freshwater Wetland HN-108 as a result of the construction of the additional
compressor unit and access road. To compensate for the wetland fill the applicant will be
creating a 0.12 acre wetland mitigation area in proximity to the proposed project site. The
site is located on the south side of Greene County Highway Route 28, east of NYS Route
9W, in the Town of Athens, Greene County.

Project Description:
The town of Amsterdam has
established a new town water district to serve properties
along Wallins Corners Road and portions of State Route 30 that are south of Wallins
Corners Road. This new district also includes areas in the town that are north of the
boundary line of the city of Amsterdam and south of Wallins Corners Road which
currently receive water from the city under two permits which will be transferred from
the city to the town. Construction work along the west bank of Bunn Creek will involve
the installation of a new water valve and connection of a new, 12 inch diameter water line
to an existing, 10 inch water line. As part of this project a 250,000 gallon water tank will
be constructed on the north side of Wallins Corners Road to provide sufficient water
storage and pressure for the system. The town has a contract with the city to purchase up
to 150,000 gallons of water per day to serve these areas as well as the Harrower Water
District.
