Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
replace the dam on Little Dam Lake (DEC Water Index No.
NJ-12-17-P1008; Class B). The project site is located approximately 3,000 feet (0.57)
mile north of Bramertown Road, at the end of a gravel access road located about 1 mile
west of the intersection with Orange County Rte. 19. The dam replacement project will
take place over two construction seasons. The normal pool elevation of 718.50 feet will
be maintained during and after the project.

The applicant proposes to
construct two road crossings, each consisting of 13 foot wide
by 5 foot high aluminum structural plate arches on footings, across Tributary 45 of the
Neversink River (classification: C(T)). The stream crossings are part of a new road
proposed to serve a 39 lot residential subdivision known as "Neversink Hideaways"
situated on a 289.7 acre site located between Wartzman Road and the Neversink River. A
stormwater management plan has been prepared for the project.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
construct a new pier, dock and ramp along the shore of Long
Island Sound. The project site is located at 2 Shore Road in the Village of Mamaroneck.
The proposed pier will be attached to an existing sea wall and measure 4 feet wide by
approximately 75 feet long. The pier will be supported on piles, the most landward of
which may require construction of a concrete footing if driving piles to sufficient depth is
not possible. A ramp and floating dock will be attached to the end of the pier. The ramp
will be 30 inches wide by 28 feet long and the floating dock will be 8 feet wide by 20 feet
long.
