Project Description:
The applicant proposes to re-subdivide six commercial lots into one 2-acre parcel, and then redevelop the parcel by removing two existing residential structures to construct a restaurant with associated parking facilities, sanitary sewer and storm water facility. A portion of the storm water detention/infiltration facility is proposed to be located within the Adjacent Area of regulated NYS DEC Freshwater Wetland PR-15 (Class II), currently existing as developed lawn. State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management: This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The Town of Ridgeway proposes to create the Ridgeway Water District #5 and to take for use therein a supply of water estimated to average 19,924 GPD from the Niagara County Water Authority’s Niagara River source via the Village of Medina.  The project includes the installation of 44,300 LF of 8" water main and appurtenances to serve 101 existing structures and future development along West Scott, Slade, Shell, Marshall, Knowlesville Town-Line Roads and Fruit Avenue.  The file is available for review and comment at NYSDEC Region 8.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.
