Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
fill, grade and seed a 120 ft. x 70 ft. area of his backyard, a
portion of which is located within the regulated 100-foot wide adjacent area of freshwater
wetland BO-1 to improve his lawn. The project is located at the applicant's address and is
immediately east of an old railroad grade, which is between the wetland an the project.

Project Description:

bank stabilization and habitat improvements within an
approximate 400 foot section of Mansfield Creek and 1,170 foot section of Goodell
Creek. Improvements and stabilization measures include log deflectors, log check dams
and random placement of stone and willows. The project is located at the Telaak Farm,
Hinman Valley Road, at the confluence of Mansfield and Goodell Creeks.
