The applicant proposes to

adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Freshwater Wetland NA-10 (Oakwood Beach). The
project site is approximately 0.137 acres of which 0.099 acres is regulated freshwater
wetland adjacent area. The site has been previously disturbed and residential accessory
structures currently exist on the property. The project site is located on Fox Beach
Avenue, Staten Island, Block 4791 - Lots 51, 52 & 87.
