Project Description: In response to the applicant's
request for a revised discharge limit for the parameter
Nickel, the Department has determined through a short term, high intensity monitoring
program that sampling for the Nickel is not necessary. As a result of this determination the
Department has prepared a draft permit that removes the parameter Nickel for the list of
parameters to be tested and has also made several administrative changes to the permit.
None of the changes to the permit impact the existing plant operations or quality of the
discharge from the wastewater treatment facility. The draft permit is available for review
at the DEC Warrensburg office.

These modifications do not alter the quality or quantity of the existing discharges. A copy
