Jefferson County - The Town of Brownville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Brownville Water District No. 1, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a new water distribution system along the portions of the New York State Route 12E corridor in the Town of Brownville. Water to be drawn from the Regional Water Line transversing the Town, operated by the Development Authority of the North Country. This project will provide a safe drinking water supply to residents and businesses within the District that currently have problems associated with pore quality and quantity water systems. The project is located NYS Route 12E corridor in the Town of Brownville. Beginning at the Town of Lyme Limits to the Village of Brownville and to include portions of NYS Route 180, County Routes 59 & 53 (Cemetery Road), Weaver Road, Smith Road and Middle Road.

Jefferson County - The Town of Ellisburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Ellisburg Water District No. 1 - District Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves extension of the Town of Ellisburg Water District No. 1 to include two properties into said district and extend water service to two residences on said properties. Construction of the improvements to serve the extension will take place at the same time and in conjunction with the construction of the water treatment, storage and distribution system for the entire newly formed Town of Ellisburg Water District No. 1. The project is located Town of Ellisburg Water District No. 1, Town of Ellisburg, County of Jefferson.

All Adirondack Park Counties - The Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Amendments to Adirondack Park Agency Regulations. The action involves proposed revisions to the Adirondack Park Agency's Enforcement regulations, specifically Part 581 of 9 NYCRR Subtitle Q. The project location is NYS Adirondack Park Agency, P.O. Box 99, Route 86, Ray Brook, New York 12977.
