Negative Declaration

New York (Manhattan) County - The City of New York, Department of Housing Preservation and Development, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bradhurst Village Early Childhood Training Academy will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a new construction, four-story structure for a day care facility, (1,933 sq. ft.) with 2,100 sq. ft. play area, which will serve approximately 140 children. There will be four on-site parking pads. The project is located on Block 2038, Manhattan Community District No. 10.
