Michael Matthews has applied to the NYSDEC for permits to install a fixed dock with a "T" at the seaward end, extending approximately eighty feet in length seaward of approximate high water and crossover stairways at residential property located at 127 East Lake Drive, Montauk, New York.
A legislative hearing will be held on October 1, 2002 at 10:00am to receive unsworn statements from the public. Written comments may be filed with this Office of Hearings and Mediation Services either before or during the legislative hearing. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will be held on October 1, 2002 following the legislative hearing. If issues are identified by the ALJ, an adjudicatory hearing on those issues may commence on October 1, 2002 immediately following the issues conference. Filings for party status must be received no later than 3:00pm on September 24, 2002.
