Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Chili Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Town of Chili Recreational Use Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law to establish standards and criteria for motorized recreational vehicle out door off road tracks. The project is located in the Town of Chili.

Yates County - The Town of Potter Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law 1 of 2002 for the Town of Potter to amend the Zoning Law of the Town will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Comprehensive Amendments to substance of the Zoning Law of the Town of Potter including zones, porcedural revisions and revising the format of the Zoning Law.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Livingston County - The Town of Livonia Joint Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Lake Breeze Estates. Written comments are to be submitted to the Livonia Joint Planning Board, 35 Commercial Street, P.O. Box 43, Livonia, New York 14487. A public hearing on the Draft EIS has been scheduled for Monday, August 26, 2002, 7:00 P.M., Livonia Intermediate School Cafeteria, 40 Spring Street, Livonia, New York. Comments will be received by the lead agency up to 10 days after the close of the public hearing. The project sponsor is proposing to develop a 32 unit Townhouse project on two parcels consisting of 4.6 acres and 0.74 acres respectively. The project is part of Phase I development of an overall 72 acre parcel. The project involves land development of the 5.3 acres, including associated roadways, utilities, and grading improvements. The property is zoned TDD (Transition Development District). The property is located north of NYS Rte 20A and east of NYS Rte 256. The property is bounded on the east by the Conesus Lake Outlet.
