replace 60 linear feet of existing nonfunctional bulkhead and
raise 12"; construct (2) 6' returns. Dredge 10' seaward of replacement bulkhead to
maximum depth of -4' apparent low water. The resultant 25 cubic yards of material and
an additional 50 cubic yards of clean fill shall be placed landward of the new bulkhead.
Install a 6'x60 parallel boardwalk. The property is located on Bellaire Street, on Grand
Canal, Wantagh.
