Broome County - The Town Board of the Town of Maine, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed local law of the Town of Maine amending the Town of Maine zoning ordinance (Home Occupations) (hereinafter "Proposed Local Law") will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves adoption by the Town Board of the Town of Maine of the Proposed Local Law. The proposed Local Law (1) defines the terms "home occupation" and "home occupation-approved list" and (2) sets for the circumstances under which a person may carry on a home occupation or home occupation on the home occupation-approved list in the rural Residential RR District, Residential District R-1, Residential District R-2, and Planned Multiple Family District-PHFD, as of right or with site plan review and approval by the Town Planning Board. The project is townwide.

Onondaga County - The Town of DeWitt, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bridge Street Rezoning-Hi Tech to Business Transitional will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a change of zone for 3 acres of land along Bridge Street near Enterprise Parkway. The zoning was changed from Hi Tech District to Business Transitional District.
