Project Description: The applicant proposes to
renew an expired permit to mine 9.984 acres of sand and gravel
on a 413.2 acre parcel owned by Bradley Farr, Old State Road, Natural Bridge, New York
13665. The site is located approximately 0.75 mile northeast of the hamlet of Natural
Bridge and 2000' north of Old State Road. No change in the original permit or mine
boundary is proposed.

Project Description: The applicant proposes to
construct two forest management roads, one 50' long x 15' wide
and one 100' long x 15' wide across regulated freshwater wetland P-1, a 358 acre Class II
wetland, located between Poor Road and Mud Creek Road, 5.5 miles west of the hamlet
of West Martinsburg. The roads would be constructed using corduroy with a filter fabric
and gravel surface and water equalization culverts.

Project Description: The applicant proposes to
raise the outlet culvert of Boyd Pond by 17", installing three
24" x 28" x 20' long culverts. The raised road section will maintain summer pond level,
previously accomplished using stop boards across the existing culvert. The raised
roadway with increased culvert area will eliminate spring road flooding conditions. The
pond is located approximately 6.5 miles southeast of the hamlet of Russell.
