drainage improvements throughout the site. The project is located on the east side of King
Street (NYS Route 120) approximately 2000 feet south of Haights Cross Road in the

install a drain line below the mean high water line (MHW) of
Long Island Sound to discharge potable water from a proposed water fountain play area
(i.e., "sprayground") at Harbor Island Park in the Village of Mamaroneck. The proposed
sprayground is approximately 2,000 square feet. The proposed drain line is 8 inches in
diameter and 160 feet long. The drain line will terminate at a subsurface concrete
distribution box 3 feet square located below the low tide line.
