State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency: None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management: This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

The applicant proposes to disturb approximately 0.11 acre of the 100-foot adjacent area of State-designated Freshwater Wetland NB-35 (Class III) for the construction of a single family residence.  The project site is located at the end of Gerri Court, approximately 700 feet east of NYS Rte. 32.  Following construction of the residence and septic system, which are to be located outside the regulated area, the disturbed portion of the wetland 100-foot adjacent area will be replanted with trees, shrubs, and lawn.

The applicant proposes to construct a bridge over an unnamed tributary of the Kensico Reservoir, Class A, in conjunction with the subdivision of a 132-acre parcel into seven lots and the construction of three homes on the subdivided parcel. The project will disturb approximately 60 linear feet of the stream and includes the construction of various drainage improvements throughout the site. The project is located on the east side of King Street (NYS Route 120) approximately 2000 feet south of  Haights Cross Road in the Town of New Castle, Westchester County. A stormwater management plan has been prepared and is available for review.

The applicant proposes to install a drain line below the mean high water line (MHW) of Long Island Sound to discharge potable water from a proposed water fountain play area (i.e., "sprayground") at Harbor Island Park in the Village of Mamaroneck.  The proposed sprayground  is approximately 2,000 square feet.  The proposed drain line is 8 inches in diameter and 160 feet long.  The drain line will terminate at a subsurface concrete distribution box 3 feet square located below the low tide line.
