Negative Declaration

Cayuga County - The Town of Locke Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Locke Water District Expansion and Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of new and replacement 6 inch and 8 inch diameter water mains inside the current district boundary (approximately 2,190 lineal feet) and new water main extensions outside of the current district (approximately 1,900 lineal feet). The current district boundary will be expanded to include currently served customers presently outside the district boundary and certain other unserved properties wishing to connect to the system. The Town's existing water wells will also be upgraded and improved to increase reliability and yields. The project is located Town of Locke.

Oswego County - The Town of Scriba Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Consolidated Water District Improvements (Water Mains, Tank and NYS Route 481 Pump Station) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of improvements for the existing Consolidated Water District. These improvements include the installation of approximately 54,000 linear feet of new 8-inch, 12-inch, 16-inch and 20-inch water main and the appurtanant valves and hydrants on Kingdom Road, Dutch Ridge Road, Lake Road, Creamery Road, North Road, Kerfien Road and NYS Route 481 in the Town of Scriba. Approximately 2,000 linear foot of 8-inch water main will also be installed in an easement (alignment to be determined) connecting the existing 6-inch mains of Kennedy Estates to an 8-inch main on Creamery Road yet to be constructed. Additionally, this project involves the installation of a new 1.0 MG storage tank on North Road, and a new pumping station near the intersection of Dutch Ridge Road and NYS Route 481. The project is located in the Town of Scriba.

Oswego County - The Town of Scriba Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Consolidated Water District Extension No. 3 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the formation of the Consolidated Water District No. 3 in the Town of Scriba. No construction is proposed for this action. The project is located in the Town of Scriba.

Oswego County - The Town of Scriba Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Consolidated Water District Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the expansion of the existing Consolidated Water District to include properties along North Road and Lakeview Road which front approximately 23,000 l.f. of existing 12-inch, 10-inch and 8-inch water mains owned by Constellation and are currently providing water to three nuclear power generation facilities at Nine Mile Point. The action will include the transfer of ownership of those existing mains to the Town of Scriba. No construction is proposed as part of this action. The project is located in the Town of Scriba.
