Broome County - The Town of Chenango Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Construction of Water District Expansion known as Water District 31 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of the current municipal water supply to service the homes of Clearview Place and Donna Court in Chenango Height. This will be an extension from Water District No. 23 in the Town of Chenango. The project is located in the Chenango Heights Subdivision, River Road, Town of Chenango.

Onondaga County - The Onondaga County IDA, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Coolidge/Lysander LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the expansion of an existing manufacturing facility by building a 256,200 square foot addition for use as a warehouse; acquisition of 16.5 acres of land; related site improvements. The project is located at 2900 McLane Drive, Baldwinsville.

Tompkins County - The Town of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Arthur Bloom – Alteration & Addition to Residence will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Special Approval by the Town of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals for the proposal to construct a 522 +/- square foot, one story addition on the rear of the residence located at 118 Judd Falls Road, Town of Ithaca Tax Parcel No. 66-5-4, Residence District R-15. The addition will connect the existing house to the existing garage. The addition will provide a handicap accessible bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. The project also includes a deck on the rear of the new addition. The residence is located in the Forest Home Historic District. The project is located at 118 Judd Falls Road, Town of Ithaca.

Cayuga County - The Cayuga County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cayuga Onondaga BOCES New Campus Project, NYS Education Department Project Number 05-90-00-00-0-023-001 may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. A public scoping session will be held on September 19, 2002 at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm at the Cayuga County Office Building. The action involves the construction of an educational complex, new construction, CSI Section (s) 02-16. NYS Department of Education Project Number 05-90-00-00-0-023-001. This project is the construction of a new BOCES campus for Cayuga Onondaga BOCES on West Genesee Street Road, west of Auburn NY in the Town of Aurelius.

Onondaga County - The Town of Manlius Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed T.H. Kinsella, Inc. - Zone Change Request, Permit to Mine. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on August 28, 2002 at 7:35 pm at Town Hall, 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville, New York 13066. The action involves a zone change from Restricted Agricultural to Natural Resource Removal District and for a Mining Permit for a 29+/- acre parcel immediately adjoining its existing quarry in the Town of Manlius. The project is located south of Route 5, Town of Manlius.
