Jefferson County - The Town of Watertown Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed formation of Water District No. 2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the formation of Water District No. 2 within the Town of Watertown pursuant to a certain map, plan and report. The project is located in the Town of Watertown.

St. Lawrence County - The New York Power Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed restoration of sections of the St. Lawrence/FDR Power Project's Richards Landing and Long Sault Dikes will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 18,700 cubic yards of stone rip-rap below the mean high water mark of the St. Lawrence River as part of a maintenance repair of a 2200 linear foot section of the Richards Landing Dike and a 4200 foot section of the Long Sault Dike. The Dikes are located of Rt. 131 in the Towns of Louisville and Massena, St. Lawrence County.
