Negative Declaration

Essex County - The NYS Office of General Services(OGS), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lake View on Schroon, LLC Marina will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves increasing the number of docks at the site from the recent single structure for 10 - 15 boats to four docks with fingers for 60 boats. The site is between NYS Route 9 and the west shore of Schroon Lake, at the Narrows Restaurant, Schroon Lake.

Saratoga County - The Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Saratoga County Emergency Services Radio Communication System will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the placement of a radio communications equipment at seven potential locations outside the Adirondack Park to implement a new Emergency Services Radio Communications System for Saratoga County.

Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bell/Hellmich Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision approval of 0.62 acres for a 2 lots in the Urban Residential -1 and Urban Residential-3 zoning districts. The project is located at 581-585 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs.

Washington County - The Village of Fort Edward, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Filtration Plant will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a water filtration plant, along with the installation of two treated water storage tanks and the replacement of aged or undersized watermains and hydrants. The project is located in the Village of Fort Edward.

Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed McNeary Self-Storage Facility may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared The action involves the subdivision approval of 7.7 acres of land into two lots and site plan approval on one of the lots for the development of a 31,092 sq. ft. self-storage facility in a Warehouse District. The project is located at 21 Aletta Street, Saratoga Springs.

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Malta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Luther Forest Technology Campus Planned Development District (PDD) may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the creation of a Planned Development District allowing the use, construction and operation of the Luther Forest Technology Campus, a nanotechnology manufacturing facility and support business located on a 1,350 acre site in the Towns of Malta and Stillwater. The project is located within the tract of land that is bordered by Cold Spring Road to the east, Dunning Street and Plains Road to the north, NYS Route 9 to the west and NYS Route 67 to the south.
