Project Description: The applicant proposes to
install a 200' culvert in tributary 59a of the Roeliff Jansen Kill,
and clear accumulated sediment from a 100' section upstream of the culvert, and replace
existing culvert sections in the barnyard area. Culverts and stream work are proposed to
protect the stream from silage leachate and barnyard runoff. The project is located at the
Langdon Hurst Farms, 1601 Route 7A, Town of Copake, Columbia County.

an old 1/4-acre landfill which predates regulations on both
Solid Waste and Fresh Water Wetlands and bury the unsalvageable waste on-site, outside
of the wetland (FWW ST-4) and the wetland adjacent area in well-drained soil. The site
is located on the east side of Hennett Road, south of McCagg Road, in the Town of
Kinderhook, Columbia County.
