Project Description: The action involves the replacement of an existing culvert under NYS Route 458 involving disturbance to a regulated wetland. Replacing the culvert will require the construction of a single lane detour adjacent to the existing roadway. Upon completion of the project, the detour will be removed. Undertaking the project will result in a temporary disturbance of 0.019 acres and a permanent loss of 0.013± acres of deciduous scrub shrub wetland.
