Project Description: CTI Agri-Cycle requests
a permit modification to accept the following additional
feedstock at its existing Buskirk composting facility: biosolids compost generated at the
Resource Control Composting, Inc.(RCCI) facility in Springfield, MA. The biosolids
originate from the Springfield Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility, and have been
composted at RCCI for a minimum of 21 days. Biosolids would be composted on the
existing pad in separate and distinct windrows from the other feedstocks that Agri-Cycle
is currently composting. The facility is located on the north side of Belle Road,
approximately 0.4 mile west of King Road, Town of Cambridge.
