Project Description: The project is a new commercial use (i.e., pharmacy) to be located in an existing 20 ft. x 30 ft. structure. The new commercial use is to be known the "Adirondack Pharmacy." The pharmacy will sell prescription drugs and a variety of other over the counter medicines, first aid items, nutritional aids, and miscellaneous things like greeting cards. The pharmacy will be open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm with emergency services available as necessary. Two signs are proposed, one 2 ft. x 10 ft. sign on the front of the structure and the another 3 ft. x 5 ft. sign on a post adjacent to the highway. Both signs will say Adirondack Pharmacy. The site is located on the north side of NYS Route 3 just west of the Hamlet of Star Lake.
