dredge the entrance channel of a canal off Hog Neck Bay, the
canal which connects Hog Neck Bay to West Lake, and adjoining portions of West Lake
to a depth of 3 ft. below mean low water. Resultant 700 cubic yards of dredged material
will be placed on the beach of properties fronting Hog Neck Bay. An existing concrete
ramp and 90 linear feet of bulkhead located on the northwest end of the canal will be
removed and the area planted with Spartina alterniflora on 18" centers. The

at the east end of West Lake Drive, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, West Lake and
Hog Neck Bay.
