Negative Declaration

Cattaraugus County - The Planning Board of the Town of Allegany, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Home Depot will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a gross floor area of 116,006 sq. ft. lumber and building material storage and sales supply facility. The base building size will be 94,980 sq. ft. and this new store will also include a Garden Center and Seasonal Sales area. This project will include 557 available parking spaces. This site has a total acreage of 23.17 with an area to be developed of approximately 16.80 acres. Some of this area will become the retention basin for the parking lot and building run off. The project is located at the southwest corner of Constitution Avenue and Independence Drive Town of Allegany, New York.

Erie County - The Town Board of the Town of Tonawanda, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 2122 Colvin Blvd., Tonawanda will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of 2122 Colvin Blvd. as 61,294 sq. ft. office/warehouse/fabrication facility as well as two 19,800 office buildings.

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Amherst, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan Review for the proposed Jewelry Store will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves site plan review for demolition of an existing residential frame house and construction of a 3,050 sq. ft. masonry building for a jewelry store and two additional tenants on a site that measures 0.355 acre. The parcel is located on the northeast corner of Niagara Falls Boulevard and North Ellicott Creek Road. Site improvements include a parking area and landscaping. The existing access driveway on North Ellicott Creek Road will remain.

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Amherst, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan Review for Proposed Wehrle Business Park Road and Utilities will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves site plan review for construction of 1,675 linear feet of public road on 21 acres to serve the future Wehrle Business Park. This request revises an earlier site plan submittal (SP-16-00) by relocating the roadway to the west to provide additional buffer space between the business park and adjoining residences. The proposed road will connect with Limestone Drive to create a public road connecting Wehrle Drive to Main Street. The project includes the construction of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, public water facilities and associated infrastructure to serve the proposed business park.
