Project Description: The action involves placement of an interpretive kiosk less than 100 square feet in size at a location 14 feet in from the south side of South Shore Road on the site of the Town of Fine’s Wanakena Sewer District wastewater treatment facility. The kiosk will contain information on the history of the Wanakena community including lands adjoining the project site. It will be a featured part of an interpretive waling tour organized by the Wanakena Historical Association in cooperation with the Town of Fine.
