State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency: None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management: This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a stormwater detention basin, utilities, multi-use pathway and pedestrian bridge across a portion of Freshwater Wetland #R-6 (class I), associated with an approved 20 lot residential subdivision known as Falcon Ridge.  The area of actual wetland disturbance is approximately 0.07 acres; proposed fill in the wetland and adjacent area is 30 cubic yards and 118 cubic yards, respectively.  The wooden pedestrian bridge will cross a subtributary of the Dwaas Kill (class C(T).  The site is located on the east side of Tanner Road, 0.8 mile north of NYS Route 146, Town of Clifton Park.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a roadway across 0.14 acres of Freshwater Wetland T-5 (class II), associated with development of Section VI, Phase 3 of the existing Riverbend Subdivision.  The roadway, 3 stormwater detention ponds, and grading for house lots and a park will also involve 4.61 acres of wetland adjacent area.  Proposed impact to federal wetlands is 0.32 acres.  As mitigation, 0.58 acres of wetlands will be created.  The project is located off Fonda Road, at the end of Mallards Landing (North and South), Town of Waterford.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: A draft environmental impact statement has been prepared on this project and is on file.
SEQR Lead Agency: Waterford Town Board
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: A cultural resources survey has been completed. The report of the survey is on file. No archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
