Project Description: The applicant proposes to
construct a stormwater detention basin, utilities, multi-use
pathway and pedestrian bridge across a portion of Freshwater Wetland #R-6 (class I),
associated with an approved 20 lot residential subdivision known as Falcon Ridge. The
area of actual wetland disturbance is approximately 0.07 acres; proposed fill in the
wetland and adjacent area is 30 cubic yards and 118 cubic yards, respectively. The
wooden pedestrian bridge will cross a subtributary of the Dwaas Kill (class C(T). The
site is located on the east side of Tanner Road, 0.8 mile north of NYS Route 146, Town
of Clifton Park.

Project Description: The applicant proposes to
construct a roadway across 0.14 acres of Freshwater Wetland
T-5 (class II), associated with development of Section VI, Phase 3 of the existing
Riverbend Subdivision. The roadway, 3 stormwater detention ponds, and grading for
house lots and a park will also involve 4.61 acres of wetland adjacent area. Proposed
impact to federal wetlands is 0.32 acres. As mitigation, 0.58 acres of wetlands will be
created. The project is located off Fonda Road, at the end of Mallards Landing (North
and South), Town of Waterford.
