main to serve Cosad Road, Farron Road, and Garden Street Road in the Town of Seneca
Falls. The area is within the approved Village of Seneca Falls Permissive Service Area.
The proposed construction will cross the adjacent area of NYSDEC Freshwater Wetland
SF-31 along the right-of-way of Garden Street Road. The file is available for review and

supply of water estimated to average 150,000 gallons per day from the Village of Penn
Yan's Keuka Lake source. The project includes approximately 14,500 linear feet of 8-inch
and 12-inch water main to serve a new water district along approximately 2 miles of East
Lake Road, south of Second Milo Road, from the south end of Milo Water District No. 1,
