Erie County - The Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The proposed improvements at the WWTP include the replacement of two sewage grinders in the influent channel, the installation of a new Pista Swirl Concentrator at the Grit Chamber, the replacement and upgrading of three (3) Return Activated Sludge Pumps along with related piping to implement BMP’s for wet weather flows, the replacement of two (2) WasteSludge Pumps with related piping, and the installation of an emergency generator at the Baseline Master Lift Station. The project is located at 3500 Baseline Road, Grand Island.

Erie County - The Town of Tonawanda, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Town of Tonawanda Local Law (Zoning Ordinance) for Billboard Signs will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amendment to the Local Law for Billboard Signs. The project is located in the Town of Tonawanda.

Niagara County - The Town of Lewiston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sweethome Rd and Wayside Dr Sanitary Sewer Improvement will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of sanitary sewers in the Sweethome and Wayside neighborhoods. The Sweethome area will comprise of 4,545 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer, 1,090 linear feet of 1 ˝-inch polyethylene tubing and a duplex grinder pump station. The Wayside area consists of 2,715 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer. The project will service 66 existing homes and be installed entirely within established public rights-of-way. The Town intends on obtaining long term financing from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation. The project is located on Sweethome and Wayside Improvement Areas, Town of Lewiston.

Chautaugua County - The Jamestown Planning Commission, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed SBA Properties, Inc. and Horizon. The action involves the construction of a 150 ft. monopole telecommunications tower, antenna array, and equipment platform, all within a fenced compound on a property owned by Gary's Garage. The project is located at 839 Foote Avenue, Jamestown.
