Erie County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Buffalo Water Board, as lead agency, has determined that the North Basin Rehabilitation and Flocculation, SRF No. 16771 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves rehabilitation and modifications to the existing below grade North Sedimentation Basin. The modifications are required to convert the existing Basin from its current use as a backwash sludge holding tank back to its intended purpose as a raw water sedimentation basin. The project is located in the City of Buffalo Water Filtration Plant at the Foot of Porter Avenue, City of Buffalo, New York.

|Positive Declaration and Notice of Acceptance of Draft Supplemental EIS and Public Hearing|
Erie County - The Town of Hamburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mission Hills Mobile Home Park may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact has been prepared. A public hearing on the Draft Supplemental EIS will be held on May 15, 2002 at 7: 30 PM at the Town of Hamburg Town Hall, Room7, S 6100 South Park Ave, Hamburg, NY 14075. The action involves the construction of a 390+/- unit mobile home park, including all related infrastructure, on 93.1+/- acres of land. The project was the subject of an EIS in 1996. The project is located on the east side of Camp Road, just north of the intersection with Nash Road, Town of Hamburg, Erie County.
