Al Turi Landfill owns and operates a municipal solid wate landfill in Goshen, New York. The purpose of the Notice of Hearing is to elicit public comments on the Department's review of the Title V permit application for the air emissions from the exisiting landfill.
A legislative hearing will be held to receive unsworn, written or oral statements from the public regarding this permit application, on June 11, 2002 at 7:00pm. Written comments must be submitted by the end of the legislative hearing on June 11, 2002.

A legislative public statement hearing will be held to receive unsworn statements from the public on the application, on Wednesday, June 19, 2002 at 7:00pm. The comment period for the application and revised draft permit end on July 1, 2002.
