New Notices for ENB Issue of May 1, 2002: 1

New York City Department of Environmental Protection filed an application for an air emissions permit under the federal Title V program for major stationary sources, namely, the North River Water Water Pollution Control Plant.

A legislative hearing for receipt of public comments on the draft application and revised draft permit will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2002 at 1:00pm and 6:00pm. The comment period for the application and revised draft permit end on June 7, 2002.
