The applicant proposes to construct a portion of a residential driveway within the 100-foot adjacent area of State-designated Freshwater Wetland PQ-1 (Class III).  The project site is located on the southwest side of Dugway Drive, about 0.6 mile west of the intersection of West Dover Road (C.R. 20) and Blackberry Road.  About 150 linear feet of the 16-foot wide driveway will be located within the wetland adjacent area. Underground utilities will be installed along side the new driveway.  The remainder of the driveway, the home, and the septic system will be located outside of the wetland and 100-foot adjacent area elsewhere on the property.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is not subject to SEQR because it is a Type II action.
SEQR Lead Agency: None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to modify a portion of Freshwater Wetland CD-26 (Class II) and the 100 foot adjacent area in order to widen a 200 linear feet section of Freetown Highway for the purpose of improving traffic safety. Activities proposed within the Freshwater Wetland and the adjacent area include clearing of vegetation, filling, grading, extension of a 12 inch diameter culvert, and reconstruction of the paved roadway.  The total area of disturbance to the wetland is 0.09 acre; the total area of disturbance to the adjacent area is 0.03 acre. The project is located on Freetown Highway, 1000 feet north of Adelaide Avenue in the Town of Plattekill, Ulster County.

The applicant proposes to replace and reconfigure three existing floating docks, replace an existing pier and gangway, install 56 timber or steel piles, construct two new concrete abutments for gangway attachment and add an additional gangway access at an existing marina. The marina currently accommodates up to 75 boats; after completion of the project, the marina will accommodate up to 67 boats. There will be no increase in docking capacity as a result of the project.  Approximately 934 lineal feet of new main docking will be constructed, ranging in width from 8 to 24 feet; approximately 1,039 lineal feet of finger piers will be constructed, ranging in width from 2 feet to 8 feet. The project is located on the eastern shore of New Rochelle Creek in the City of New Rochelle, Westchester County.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to reconstruct several shoreline facilities, install concrete stairs to access the shore, and install a floating dock.  The project is located 1 Bay Avenue in the Village of Larchmont.  The project includes the rehabilitation of an existing stone pier by the placement of 8 cubic yards of concrete and stone into voids below the mean high water (MHW) line of Long Island Sound and the replacement of timber side planks with new composite planks.  The proposed floating dock would be about 45 feet long by 20 feet wide, attached to the end of the existing stone pier by a gangway about 60 feet long by 5 feet wide.  The proposed  concrete stairway is about 4 feet wide by 30 feet long, and would involve the placement of about 6 cubic yards of concrete below MHW.   The project also involves the construction of a gazebo approximately 25 feet in diameter, and a walkway above MHW on an existing concrete pier, which formerly supported a gazebo.
