Project Description: Applicants propose a two-lot subdivision creating shoreline access lots. One lot will be conveyed and the other will be retained by the current owner. An 8 feet wide by 24 foot long dock will be constructed on the lot to be conveyed, otherwise, no new land use or development is proposed on either lot at this time.

Essex County - The Town of Willsboro, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Maple Heights Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 17-lot single-family residential housing subdivision of 37.6 acres on Indian Bay Raod on Willsboro Point.
