Essex County - The Town of Willsboro, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Maple Heights Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 17-lot single-family residential housing subdivision of 37.6 acres on Indian Bay Raod on Willsboro Point.
