The applicant proposes to install a complete water supply and distribution system to serve the districts, and take a supply of water with an estimated average of 6,500 gallons per day for use in this system by the connection to existing facilities of the Cayuga County Water and Sewer Authority's Routes 38/31 Water Distribution System.  Location: 7,000 LF of 8" water main on Potter Road in the Towns of Throop and Sennett; 2,600 LF of 12" water main on Turnpike Road in the Town of Sennett; and 1,300 LF of 8" water main on Centerpoint Road in the Town of Mentz to serve people in Brutus.  This is CCW&SA - 5th Application (Centerpoint, Potter & Turnpike Roads), WSA# 10,256.
