Negative Declaration

Orange County - The Village of Washingtonville Board of Trusteees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of "Rezoning from R-M to R-100" Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. This local law changes the zoning district designation of two adjacent parcels of land, Tax Map Nos. 107-2-64 and 107-2-12, from the R-M (Multiple Dwelling) to R-100 (Single-Family Residence). The properties are located at North Street and Ahern Boulevard (if extended). This local law would, inter alia, prohibit the construction of multiple dwellings and generally reduce the permitted residential density by half.
