Orleans County - The Board of Trustees of the Village of Medina, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rezone "Medina Industrial Park" property will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending zoning ordinance to place a 17.44 acre parcel of COIDA land in the so-called "Medina Industrial Park" in the "Light Industrial Zone." The project is located on the west side of Bates Road, Medina.

Seneca County - The Town of Seneca Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Landscaping and site improvements for the Town of Seneca Falls Community Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves landscaping and site improvements at the Town of Seneca Falls Community Center, including the removal and replacement in kind of a retaining wall, sidewalk and parking area improvements, fencing, placement of stone rip-rap for bank stabilization and construction of a canoe lauch. The project is located at the corner of Bridge and Water Streets in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Steuben County - The City of Corning Department of Public Works, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Northside Sanitary Sewer Project 203 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves modification to a portion of the City of Corning's existing Northside Sanitary Sewer including: replacement of approximately 6200 linear feet of gravity sewer, installation of the Northside Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station, and 1200 linear feet of storm water piping. The project is located in the City of Corning.
