Proposed Acquisition of Conservation Easement, Ulster 291.
Pursuant to Title 3, Article 49 of the Environmental Conservation Law, the Department of Environmental Conservation hereby gives public notice of the following:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 49-0305(9) of the Environmental Conservation Law, of the Department's intent to acquire a Conservation Easement from Open Space Institute and The Trust for Public Land, over certain lands located in the Town of Warwarsing, Ulster County, New York.

Notice of Availability - DEC Region 3 Quarterly Reports of Administrative Use of Motor Vehicles and Aircraft in the Forest Preserve.

Orange County - The Planning Board of the Village of Warwick, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan Approval will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves change in tenancy and/or occupancy of a Commercial Use and Sign Approval. The project is located at 5-7 Main Street, in the Village of Warwick.

Orange County - The Planning Board of the Town of Montgomery, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Scott's Meadows Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. A public scoping session will be held on April 29, 2002 at the regular Planning Board meeting at the Town Hall meeting room, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery. The action involves the development of 66 acres for 25 to 26 lots. The project is located on Coleman Road north of Lake Vue Park.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS And Public Hearing|
Westchester County - The Town Board of the town of Greenburgh, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Avalon Green ll Project. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on April 24, 2002 at 7:15 p.m. at the Anthony F. Veteran Community Facility, 11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley, New York and continued on May 8, 2002 at the Greenburgh Town Hall, 320 Tarrytown road, Elmsford, New York. The action involves a request for Site Plan approval, subdivision approval, and Special Permit for the development of 794 residential units in 41 buildings and related infrastructure including 1756 off-street parking spaces on a 73 acre site which is zoned M-10. An amended site plan approval for the existing Avalon Green I project located on the adjacent 17 acres, zoned M-6, to provide for the construction of an access road for Avalon Green II, an accessory day care center, and a recreational facility. The construction of an access road on property zoned OB and R-10 adjacent to the proposed Avalon Green II property and owned by the applicant, and related roadway and intersection improvements in the Town of Greenburgh and the Village of Elmsford.

|Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS And Public Hearing|
Westchester County - The Planning Board of the Town of Bedford, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Rippowam Cisqua High School Development. A public hearing on the Final EIS will be held on April 9, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the West Patent Elementary School, West Patent Road, Bedford, New York. Written comment on the Final EIS will be accepted until April 19, 2002. The action involves construction of a private high school complex with related services on property consisting of 113.062 acres. The project is located on Old Post Road (Route #22) in the Town of Bedford.
