New Notices for ENB Issue of April 10, 2002: 1

Supplemental Notice - Kings Park Energy, LLC proposes to construct and operate a gas-fired simple cycle electric power generation facility consisting of six General Electric LM6000 combustion turbine generators, and associated balance-of-plant systems and facilities. The project site is located on the Town Line Road, south of Old Northport Road, Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County.

The issues conference will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday May 13, 2002. Filings for party status must be received by 4:00 P.M. on Monday, May 6, 2002.
