Project Description:
The applicant proposes to perform stream work along two reaches of South Branch Cattaraugus Creek: Reach 1 - Gravel removal from an approximate 200 ft. long gravel bar by a skimming type operation and all removal will occur above the normal low water elevation of the creek at the site. Reach 2 -  Fill and shape 400 ft. of eroded streambank using material removed from a gravel bar at the same location.  The project is located at the applicant’s property,  8940 Lange Road.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency: None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management: This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

The Department has made a tentative determination to approve this application for a renewal and modification (new owner) of an existing discharge of up to 3,000 gallons per day of treated (septic tank/lagoon treatment system) sanitary wastewater from the Wellman Road Trailer Park, 1151 Wellman Road, to a tributary of Goose Creek.  A draft permit specifying effluent limitations and monitoring requirements is available for review at the Region 9 Allegany Office.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to replace the existing bridge on County Road 307 (Rt. 85), Creek Road, over Tributary 6 of Walnut Creek with a precast concrete box culvert and wing walls with castinplace concrete toewalls.   Approximately 150 feet of Tributary 6 will be realigned and lined with medium stone riprap.  Two of the Village of Forestville’s buried waterlines will be relocated, just upstream of their present location. The project is located just outside the Village of Forestville, approximately 300 feet southwest of the intersection of County Route 85 and Bradigan Gage Road.

Project Description:
As part of the development of the 18 lot Meadowbrook Subdivision Part II, it is proposed to install a sanitary sewer line and grade and landscape portions of three lots located partially within the regulated adjacent area of the CC-26 (Class II) Wetland.  The project will involve the impact of 0.66 acre of adjacent area to NYS Freshwater Wetland and 0.10 acre of federally jurisdictional wetland.  The proposed subdivision is located on the south side of Oakwood Drive, approximately 2,400 feet west of Irish Road in the Town of Pendleton.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.
SEQR Lead Agency: Pendleton Town Planning Board
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: A cultural resources survey has been completed. Based on information provided in the survey report, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) has determined that the proposed activity will have no impact on registered or eligible archaeological sites or historic structures. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management: This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
