Orleans County - The Board of Trustees of the Village of Medina, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rezone "Medina Industrial Park" property will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending zoning ordinance to place a 17.44 acre parcel of COIDA land in the so-called "Medina Industrial Park" in the "Light Industrial Zone." The project is located on the west side of Bates Road, Medina.
