Negative Declaration

Otsego County - The Town of Otsego Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Charisma Partners II Storage Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Charisma Partners II plan to construct a 16,500 sq. ft. storage facility on property they currently own located in the General Business District in the Town of Otsego. The project is located immediately south of the Village of Cooperstown on NYS Rt. 28. The project will involve demolition of one single residential structure, site grading, limited parking and construction of the single story storage facility. Existing access from NYS Rt. 28 will remain unchanged and landscaping will be maintained between the storage facility and NYS Rt. 28.

Positive Declaration

Albany County - The Town of Guilderland Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Woodsfield Estates may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a 75 lot clustered subdivision on a 107 acre parcel within the Pine Bush study area. The project is located on E. Lydius Street, Town of Guilderland.
